About the course
This
course covers all four language skill development areas – listening,
speaking, reading and writing, with a balance of language structure
(grammar) and practical use. It aims to increase learner’s confidence in
communicating effectively in English, while ensuring that classes are
fun and interesting as well as educationally stimulating.
The course spans both written and spoken English, including grammatical
use. The main aim of the course are to strengthen student’s overall
ability in English language to ensure that they will be able to cope
with the linguistic demands of their future studies.
To achieve this aim, students will be taught the development of the
basic language skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing. Also
included is pronunciation practice and vocabulary expansion, grammar and
structure of the English Language.
Homework will be given at all levels. |
